·  Fierce Fest September 14, 15, 16 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) 2pm-11pm

·  Beltline participating in the fashion show component (Fire & Ice Theme)

·  Beltline can have a booth/table if they want one

·  16 male models & 3/4 female models from Westside Festival (Summer & Winter fashion) 7-8pm

·  Cosplay highlight at the end of the fashion show 8pm-? (Shon & Sasha will work on the timing)

·  Beltline volunteers in family friendly cosplay/PG

·  Adult beverages will be available for purchase

·  Everyone attending is invited to wear cosplay/costume

·  APD & Paramedic team onsite

·  Event is rain or shine. Weather  (Lee Street Park in Jonesboro with pavilion)

·  Email communication is fine 

·  Next Google Meeting 8/26/24

·   

Action items: 

1.    Sasha & Shon schedule their planning meeting & invite Laree.

2.    Andrew sends the schedule of events to meeting attendees via e-mail.

3.    Andrew sends event/organization logo to Beltline Cosplay for promotion.
