Joystick presents: Mortal Kombat

Rapper Michael Myerz, also known as @mrmyerz, has joined the fight and there will be a special event at the Plaza Theatre's LeFont Auditorium.

The event includes a 35mm screening of a movie, a pre-show performance, and a costume contest. The finalists of the costume contest will be decided onscreen during the screening of Mortal Kombat.

The event will be hosted by Joystick Gamebar and will take place on Thursday, September 14, at 8:00 PM. The Plaza Theatre is the venue for the event, specifically the LeFont Auditorium.

The movie being screened is an action/adventure film based on the popular video game Mortal Kombat.

In the movie's storyline, an evil sorcerer has been winning hand-to-hand battles against his mortal enemies for nine generations. If he wins a tenth Mortal Kombat tournament, it will bring desolation and evil to the multiverse forever. To save Earth, three warriors must overcome challenging odds, face their own inner demons, and fight superhuman foes.

Its a fantastic event for fans of Mortal Kombat and anyone interested in an immersive movie experience.
