Are you interested in hiring a cosplayer(s) for your event! Let us know the details and will see if we have any our top cosplayers are available for your needs! How it works: 3-5 Cosplay entertainers will come to your event to entertain your guest/crowd/stage/production/etc... - Cosplayers also have their own talents that they can share at your event/session if you would like to know more about available talents please be sure to specify in your inquiry - Cosplayers will appear at your event 15 - 30 mins early Please specify the following: - Date of Event - Start Time / End Time - How many Cosplayers - Character preference - Children Event: Yes / No ***** If children event we want to ensure we have children friendly and familiar cosplays example: Mulan, Spiderman, Buzz Lightyear Please describe venue space: Indoors, outdoors, etc.. - Adult Event: Yes / No ***** If adult event we want to know if alcohol will be present, type of music, and modesty level for cosplays, to help determine the appropriate cosplay for the event. Please describe the venue space: Club, House, Party Bus, Festival, Con, etc... Cosplayers have many different experience levels and based on the experience of the cosplayer, character type and the time it takes to prepare the look this will also factor into the cost, as well as travel fees. STRICT RULES: We want to ensure everyone has a good time! - Cosplayers should never be touched by your guest or made to feel uncomfortable by any and all types of harassments: sexual, physical, diversity, disability, discrimination, verbal, gender, visual, age, racial. - Cosplayers will always provide security call to HQ upon arrival and upon leaving - HQ will call to ensure all cosplayers have arrived on time - Provide a safe camera free location for cosplayers to change into outfit's and provide plenty of good lighting and mirrors. If this is not available please ensure this is mentioned so that cosplayers can prepare accordingly THINGS HAPPEN: - If you need to cancel provide a 10 days notice to receive full refund for your event - If a cosplayer is unable to attend we will do our best to find the next best cosplayer for your event Please email BeltlineCosplay@gmail.com
